Our physical world is filled with electromagnetic fields – they’re virtually everywhere. EMFs even occur in our bodies in relation to muscle and nerve activity. Avoid contact

Instead of using your cell phone by holding the phone against your ear when making a call, just put it on speaker mode. Avoid physical contact with your gadget – whether it’s a cell phone, laptop, or tablet. For example, if you are going to use your laptop, don’t place it on your lap. Use a table instead. The same is true with your tablet – just place it on a table when you use it. If you have to go out with your cell phone, don’t put it in your pocket – just place it in a purse or bag away from your body. In fact, even the manufacturers of cell phones recommend putting at least a distance of 10mm between your cell phone and your body. You should also cultivate the habit of keeping your cell phone away from you when you sleep at night – if you have to put it on your bedside table for the alarm, keep it about 6 feet away from your head.

‘Ground’ yourself

Another habit you can cultivate is grounding. This is when you walk around barefoot on grass or on soil so that your body can absorb electrons which are negatively charged from the earth. With grounding (or earthing, as it’s also known), you can achieve balance in your body and cleanse your body of toxins such as heavy metals, pollution, and even trans fats. To achieve a better balance, you can even make use of products such as an EMF pendant, which helps balance your level of energy and even helps you keep calm and boosts your immune system as well.
