Letting Nature Take Its Course

We can’t deny the fact, nature knows what it is doing. No need to look further just observed things around to get the answer. Look at ants as they show you how nature works. They surely do a great job. An ant has a role to play in the overall scheme of things. Each ant knows what their job is. Ants are able to work without having to be told so. Ants don’t suffer from midlife crisis or question if they are doing the right thing. Crisis in life is something humans have to dodge every day in their lives. Before things got complicated, we knew what we have to do. Our modern living made our lives totally complicated. Of course, we can debate this to no end. For all we care, we can debate why Eve went against nature. We are in this rut because we refused to listen to nature any more.

This is something we can apply in any other aspect of our life. Let’s take a closer look of our health. Our body works autonomously. Our ability to breathe is completely independent and something we need not to tell the body to do so. This is a perfect example of nature working in our bodies. As we poised to be body’s dictator, we have failed in our attempt.

It is no secret, we have become unhealthier than ever. It makes no sense because medicine is supposedly better today than before. We are getting sick and dying before the time when we supposed to. The thing is preventable death or diseases are on the rise like obesity. We face a puzzle on why we aren’t able to solve these problems. Perhaps, we need to look at how we are treating nature. We try to command our bodies and veer away from what nature dictates. We need to go back to the fact there is a link between mind and body. The things we do to our bodies may not be the right thing to do and we need to figure things out. We see today, the results are far from what we want.

We have to pay the price of not letting nature do its job and insist what we want to happen. We are no longer allowing our bodies have a say in the health aspect. Diet is something we do because it is a nice idea, but not because it is good. Fitness goals are not hit because of this kind of mindset. It is not only we fail when we engage in a diet, we push ourselves to exercise more to the point of risks. If the body is sore, it is trying to tell you that it is enough.

The best answer is to do nothing. Allow nature to take its course. You need not to make a decision to go on a diet or if your body needs weight loss cleanse, the body will tell you so.
